Bigg Boss 14: Devoleena Bhattacharjee says ''When people turned back on Eijaz, he lost trust in them''

Devoleena Bhattacharjee has made her way into the Bigg Boss 14 house and will be entering the show as Eijaz Khan's proxy. The actor had to exit the show due to prior work commitments. Devoleena got talking about her game plan among other things, and she sure has quite an insight to give.

While speaking to The Times of India, the actress said how she does not think a lot about what she needs to go and that is her USP. She feels that when allowing their real personality on the show, the viewers can tell and they like it. While she added how she won't let her bahu image affect her performance, she also added how it might backfire if she over-prepares. She added further, ''Also, dynamics change once you are inside the house. You might like someone from outside, but it might turn out to be completely different once you go inside the house. I will be the way I am. Just because a contestant is liked by people outside, doesn’t mean that I will be nice to them. I could end up forging a bond with someone, who may not be popular outside, you never know!”

She spoke about feeling that Eijaz has been wrong on multiple occasions and hopes to correct them as well. While she added that she will not spoil the dynamics and relationships that already exist in the house, she will call out things that must be and given she is a proxy, she will try to enhance his game in some way. She also mentioned how she is a good judge of people and follows her own instinct.

Talking about being aggressive, she feels that she can continue to fight in a fun manner too and they do have contrasting personalities. She added that she has the talent to taunt people in a polite way and if she wants someone to fele bad, she can do so in her own fun way.

Speaking Eijazs game in the beginning, she added how more than aggression, the issue is he gave people the chance to run him down and attack him in the beginning and she wants to balance things out. She also feels that one needs to explain things to people and there is no shame in doing so. In fact, she feels that when he explains his point of view, it does not go well with everyone and he appears as someone negative, because of which he was also aloof. While she agrees that even she is that person, he gave space to people and when they turned their backs, he lost trust.
