Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla on shooting amid lockdown, working with Neha Sharma and more

Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla was recently seen in music video titled 'Dil ko Karaar Aaya' along with Neha Sharma. The music video received an overwhelming response from the viewers. In a conversation, the Actor spoke about his experience shooting in the lockdown, working with Neha, future projects and much more.

First up, tell us something about your experience of shooting it during the lockdown, how hectic and different was it! 

Thinking back, it was really hectic.  Shooting during the pandemic requires a lot of permissions, and all the more when one has to travel out of Mumbai.  As an actor, I would say one huge blessing for me was our director, Sneha Shetty.  Kudos to Sneha for managing to complete a two-day shoot in one day, creating a completely different storyline at the last moment and yet giving the song such a beautiful look, where truly nothing has been compromised at all!

How was it working with Neha Sharma? 

It’s of course been wonderful working with her.  She’s done a good amount of work and knows the craft well.  

There are so many songs being made and we are sure you must be getting multiple offers, why did you take this up?

I loved the song when I listened to it.  I wouldn’t call myself a music expert or a song expert.  For me, I like to step into the audience’s shoes and ask myself, would this be a song I would like to listen to again and again.  

There was news that you have been approached for ALTBalaji’s Broken But Beautiful Season 3, is it true?

There are so many rumors of so many projects.  When the right time comes and something concrete is in the pipeline, I shall definitely share.
