#BB12: Kriti justifies her equation with Shivashish; Roshmi thinks Mital would make for a nice jodi

In conversation with Kriti Verma and Roshmi Banik...

Even after being the captains for the first week of the show, Kriti Verma and Roshmi Banik have been eliminated from Bigg Boss 12 this week. Their elimination was rather ironic because they lost their immunity after the way certain things happened in the house.

We at India-Forums got in touch with the two, and they revealed some of their inside stories and spoke about what was it like in the BB house.

Despite being the captains, you two faced nominations and became the first to be eliminated?

Kriti: I would specially want to mention that in the very first week after the Press conference task we came under the scanner and even got the captaincy later, everyone thought of us as a competitor. And, that is one of the major reasons why we are here. In the Bigg Boss house, things that are otherwise trivial, everyone makes an issue out of every small thing and then that is what gradually becomes the reason for nominating anybody in the house.

Roshmi: Well yes, that is something that has been prevalent in the house. Everyone just found one point and then that is what they made the reason for nominations. We came under the limelight too many times and people were just looking for points to make an issue for. However, I have to admit, Karanvir Bohra felt bad when we got eliminated, he in fact also apologized to us for having nominated us because he did not imagine this would have happened.

Kriti, despite being the sanchalak, you came across as biased towards the jodidaars, what do you think?

Well, I am thankful to you for having asked this question to me, I want to say that when I was helping them, the buzzer hadn't gone off and I hadn't become the sanchalak as yet. So, just as a human being, I had told them a tactic and told them to not chop their real hair but chop their own instead and just scare them off. In fact, after the buzzer went off and the task was on, Somi and Saba asked me where is the trash, but we did not tell them.

Kriti, you were trolled for having gone against Dipika and badmouthing her during the task. Your comment?

Actually, Roshmi has seen Dipika Kakar from behind but in my case, I could see it from right in the front and it was inhuman. I had had a fight with Somi in the morning itself, but I did take a stand for what was wrong because that is what I do. And, this was proved right after her, when Jasleen came and since her eyes were closed, she later on realized that it was because of Dipika too. I mean cmon, why would I tell otherwise, I do not have any kind of enmity against her.

To this, Roshmi added, well I do not have any strong point on this because we can't see and understand what kind of a pressure is being applied. However, at the same time, Somi or Jasleen do not have any reason to lie, because it is only them who know the kind of pressure that was being applied.

Roshmi, do you think you would have lasted longer had you entered the house with your original partner?

I am happy that I went with her. We became a jodi at the very end moment and were complete strangers but now we have had a great bond over our stay of 10 days in the house and we can proudly call ourselves friends for life. However, I think had I gone with Mital, her perspective about me would have changed and maybe she wouldn't have had the same thoughts about me that she did have.

Kriti, you've been very conscious about your equation with Shivashish. Why?

I think friendship is an extremely pure relation and me being the person that I am did not want anyone to think anything because there are friends and family who are watching us outside and I am answerable to them. I just wanted to maintain that friendship and obviously because we were under so many camera, I did not want anyone to perceive anything.

To this, Roshmi added, Shivashish is like that for everybody and he is very sweet. The two of us have had so many late night conversations, but that doesn't mean anything. And, obviously this is something that is a common notion that a girl and a boy jelling together, means something is going on between them.
