Barun Sobti recalls how he once thought of giving up the struggle of doing good work

Actor Barun Sobti has always been selective with the work he does, and while we continue to want to see him in more shows and films, the actor was recently seen in Zee5 movie, 200 Halla Ho. Based on a real-life incident that happened in Nagpur back in 2004, Baru essays a lawyer who goes by the books and stands by right.

The actor recently spoke to a leading portal about how he wanted to give up the struggle of doing good work but it was his wife Pashmeena Manchanda who dissuaded him from doing so. He spoke about her when asked who is someone who has always been his strength and to that, he revealed how he wanted to give up on the struggle of doing work that only resonates with him but she became his ray of hope and discouraged him from doing that.

He spoke about what led to such thoughts and mentioned briefly that it was a long time ago and how he believes that everyone has such thoughts at some time, and if they say no, they must be lying or extremely strong. He added further how maybe, he is not strong. However, he further mentioned how he has never come across a human like that.

He concluded by saying how he thinks he has shown an enormous amount of strength and restraint with respect to the kind of work and weight I show. However, he mentioned that for him too, there was a point of time where he felt he should do whatever work comes his way and simply make money.
