Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Bala trailer receives thumbs up!

National award winner Ayushmann Khurrana has time and time again proved that no other commercial actor other him, is fit for the movies with a social message. Ever since his debut as a sperm donor, the Andhadhun actor has played characters that have dealt with erectile dysfunction, his mother getting pregnant, a cop fighting against casteism and many more to come. 

Yesterday, the trailer of the much-awaited movie Bala, which features Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam, was released and has taken the internet by storm as it has received appreciation from all corners. Based in Kanpur, the movie revolves around a man suffering from premature balding, the hindrances that they have if they want to get married and the extent they go to get their hair back.

In the trailer ever Bhumi Pednekar can be seen in a different avatar, a dark-complexioned girl from a small town. The film will also put light on the problems that a girl has to go through in the society if she is not, 'gori chitti.'

Ever since its release, the trailer has been very well received filled with positive comments on social media. The views have been unstoppable touching 30 million in 24 hours and counting…

Talking about the project Stree helmer Amar Kaushik, who has directed the movie, said, “It’s very encouraging to receive this kind of love and appreciation. Bala is very close to my heart and I’m hoping I live up to all the expectations the audience has.”

Ayushmann Khurrana has been maintaining a winning streak at the box office and continues to deliver and surprise the audience with his unconventional look in the film. Seems like he is all set to deliver another super hit!

Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Maddock films in association with Jio studios, the film is all set to release on 7th November.
