Ayushmann Khurrana expresses his gratitude as Dum Laga Ke Haisha marks 8 years
Ayushmann Khurrana took to his social media account and took down the memory lane as his film Dum Laga Ke Haisha completed 8 years.
In 2015, Sharat Kataria had an outstanding debut as a director with Dum Laga Ke Haisha, a movie about a small-town man struggling with his wife's weight problems. Ayushmann Khurrana played the uneducated Haridwar-based supporter of Kumar Sanu who doesn't seem to have many goals in life other than to wed a beautiful woman. Bhumi Pedneker, played the intelligent, assertive girl who doesn't believe in accepting her newlywed husband's concessions.
Ayushamann took to his Instagram account and shared a nostaligc video which compiled of all the sweet-bitter moments from the film. Sharing the video he wrote, "Ye moh moh ke dhaage kabhi na toote. 💫Only gratitude for this gem in my filmography. 🙏🏼#8YearsOfDumLagaKeHaisha"
For the unversed, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, marked Bhumi Pednekar's debut in Bollywood and the actress had to gain a whopping 27 kgs. She says she never thought of turning away from the challenge.
