As a kid, I used to pray to God that half of the school get drowned during rains: Vindhya Tiwary

The atmosphere is so pleasant these days as its Monsoon! The black clouds, the windy breeze, the aroma of mud, the greenery of trees and the showers from the sky makes us fall in love with the season of Monsoon. We all love to enjoy monsoon in our ways and like all of us; our Telly actors also enjoy having fun during monsoon.

TellyBuzz got in touch with the pretty actress Vindhya Tiwary, who is currently seen on Star Plus' Phir Bhi Na Maane..Badtameez Dil and Sony TV's Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap to know more about her Monsoon masti and her memories related to monsoon.

Rainy season for me is: Rainy season for me is about more of seeing the greenery! I get all excited to see the first rain and the smell of the soil during first rains.

Precautions I take during monsoon: I try to take baby steps while walking as it may be slippery. I also make sure of drinking clean and purified water.

Your monsoon related memories: I remember that during our school days, we used to get a holiday whenever it was pouring badly. It's the best memory as I used to get very happy and pray to God that the rains should never stop and half of the school should get drowned.

Fond memories of monsoon in Mumbai: I remember the days when I was doing Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. We had a huge set and during monsoon whenever it used to start raining and thundering, we used to enjoy the rains together on sets. We used to have Samosa, Tea and Pakoras and enjoy the rains in an open space on sets.

My likes and dislikes about monsoon: I like more of it as we get a relief from the summer but when it pours so bad that everything gets blocked, it becomes bit annoying and we have to face a lot of problems like traffic because of which I get late for shoot. I think overall every season has its own aura and presence, likes and dislikes.

Favorite place to visit during monsoon: I think Mahabaleshwar. It's beautiful during monsoon because you will mostly find greenery around.

My favorite monsoon music: There are many but when we were too young, me and all my cousins use to dance on the song 'Ghode jaisi chal, haathi jaisi dum' and I used to make sure everyone matches the step just like the way it has been done in the song. It's my favorite monsoon song.

My monsoon special food: Garam garam adrak ki chai and onion bhajia with hari chutney.
