Aryan Khan's lawyer claims 'he is now free' post bail bond cancellation & passport release

Much to the relief of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, a special NDPS court authorised the release of Aryan Khan's passport, which was held by the NCB, 

Now, Aryan is permitted to leave India as he received his passport. The star kid had previously been prohibited from leaving Mumbai by the terms of his release.

A report from ETmes stated that according to Sandeep Kapur, who was a member of the legal team assembled by Shah Rukh Khan for Aryan said that one of Aryan's bail terms was that he not leave the country without prior approval from the Special Judge for NDPS in Greater Mumbai, according to an attorney.

According to Kapur, in addition to freeing his passport, the court also revoked Juhi Chawla's Rs. 1 lakh bail bond.

In response to these encouraging developments for Aryan Khan, the attorney said: "Since the NCB responded on Wednesday, Aryan may consider this chapter to be finished. He is now free as a result of the cancellation of the bail bond and restoration of his passport." Aryan Khan and six other people in the cruise case received a clean slate from the Narcotics Control Bureau.

In fact, senior advocate Amit Desai, who was appearing for Aryan in court, also pointed out that NCB's clean chit and statement in court - that Aryan is not an accused - means that this chapter is over for him. 

Well talking about Aryan Khan it is learned that he will be making his debut soon as a director with a web series. Moreover, he will be mentored and associated with senior writers and filmmakers from the industry.
