Arrest warrant issued against Bigg Boss 11 fame Sapna Choudhary

An arrest warrant has been issued against the famous Haryanvi singer and dancer Sapna Choudhary. Sapna rose to fame with her impressive stint in Bigg Boss 11. Sources claim that Sapna, a former Bigg Boss contestant, failed to perform at an event in 2018 for which she had been paid in advance by the organizers. The performer will shortly appear before Lucknow's ACJM court after the organizers pursued the matter through the legal system.

The incident happened on October 13, 2018. More information is awaited in this regard. This is not the first time that Sapna has been charged with fraud and breach of trust.

The Economic Offences Wing of the Delhi Police filed a case against Sapna Choudhary in February 2021 on suspicions of fraud and breach of trust. An accusation of criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, cheating, and misappropriation of funds was made against Sapna and several other people, including her mother and brother, by the celebrity management business that was looking after her.

The prominent Haryanvi singer allegedly violated an artist management agreement, which stipulated that she would not work for or join any other companies or have direct or indirect contact with any of the complainant's clients, according to the FIR. According to the FIR, Sapna violated the contract's conditions by engaging in business operations that were not permitted.
