Arjun Punj to enter Diya Aur Baati Hum as an officer!

Popular actor Arjun Punj who rose to fame with Star Plus' Sanjivani is coming back on the screen after a long time. He will be seen in the popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus. Arjun is all set to essay the role of an officer from the Anti Terrorist Squad department.

While his wife Gurdeep Kohli is already a part of the show as Maya as one of the terrorists, now her husband will be seen as an officer in the show. It will be a treat for the audience to see this cute couple back on small screen after Sanjivani.

When contacted Arjun to know about his character he says, "Yes I am coming in the show as an Anti Terrorism Squad officer. Arjun is sent by the Government officials for the negotiation with the terrorist."

Arjun is lucky to play positive as well as negative characters as he says,  "In Sanjivani I was seen playing the negative character whereas Gurdeep was seen playing the positive role. Now in this show I will be playing a positive character and Gurdeep is seen in a negative role. At least in the show I will get chance to negotiate with my wife or else its not possible at home or outside (laughs). I can't reveal about the sequence but I can say that I will be seen in the hijack sequence. I will be seen for a month in the show."
