Arjun Kapoor shares fantastic transformation pics of getting fitter over the past 15 months

Actor Arjun Kapoor has been one of those actors who has really struggled with weight issues as everyone is aware already. The actor, before making his Bollywood debut with Ishaqzaade was a large man and went through a humongous weight loss.

Now a decade old in the movies, the actor was once again in the radar a few years ago when he seemed to have gained those kilos back to an extent. But Kapoor is not one to shy away from anything and it seems that last year in February 2021, he decided to go back on an absolute target to lose those kilos and get fitter and leaner.

That seems to have now happened in the best possible way as Kapoor shared a before and after set of images where he is obviously heavier in the before image from February 2021 and now has toned abs in May 2022. He captioned the image as, "

15 months of being #workinprogress! Felt cute and definitely won’t delete later because I’m immensely proud of this journey. Feb 2021 to May 2022 - it’s been a tough one and I’m only glad that I could stay on track. Must admit that it was very tough to stay on course, it still is, but I’m loving the state of mind that I’m in for these past 15 months. I hope it stays the same. While it is absolutely commendable that Kapoor has done such a fantastic job with his fitness journey, what is even more amazing is the fact that he mentioned that this is still 'work in progress', which means that Kapoor will be getting even fitter ahead.

As soon as he posted these images, the actor's friends from the industry were quick to applaud his effort. Karan Wahi said, 'So much to be proud of brother #morepower to u", sister Anshula Kapoor said, 'Yassssss!!', co-star and friend Ranveer Singh wrote, 'haye garmiii', and Panipat co-star Kriti Sanon said, 'Superbbbb!!'
