Arjun Kapoor buys 4BHK sky villa next to girlfriend Malaika Arora’s house

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has become the proud owner of a luxurious new sky villa in Bandra, Mumbai. As per reports, the actor has spent a whooping amount of Rs 20 to 23 crore for his 4BHK sea-facing property.

What makes this extra special is that Arjun’s new villa is right next to his girlfriend and actress Malaika Arora’s house in Bandra. This makes the two lovebirds neighbours. Other B Town stars like like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor  reside in the same vicinity. 

The features of this villa include 10 high-speed and 4 personalized sea-facing capsule elevators, pools, gym, pet corner, library, play area, mini golf course, spa and more.

Besides, Arjun Kapoor recently gifted himself a swanky car Land Rover Defender, worth crores.

Meanwhile on the work front, Arjun Kapoor has had two consecutive releases with 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar' alongside Parineeti Chopra and 'Sardar ka Grandson', co-starring Rakul Preet Singh and Neena Gupta.

He will be next seen in Bhoot Police alongside Jacqueline Fernandez, Yami Gautam and Saif Ali Khan. He also has Ek Villain 2 in his pipeline.
