Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli Share Special Message amid Coronavirus; Video below

The number of Coronavirus cases is only increasing day by day. The virus has infected over 220000 people globally, and close to 200 in India. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused distress to every individual. After the government announced the shutdown of gyms, malls, theatres and other places of public crowding, many celebrities too are stepping forward to spread awareness about the deadly virus.

Celebrity couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli took to social media to share a special message to their fans amid the coronavirus lock down. In a video message, the couple urged their fans to stay at home and stay safe.

Anushka shared the video and captioned it, “Stay Home. Stay Safe. Stay Healthy,” and Virat retweeted his wife’s message and wrote, “The need of the hour is to absolutely respect and follow the government’s directive. Stay home. Stay safe. Stay healthy.”

In the video, Virat says, “We know we are all going through a very difficult time.” Anushka adds in, “The only way to stop the spread of coronavirus is by acting together.”

Virat continues, “We are staying at home for our safety, and for everyone else as well.” Anushka concludes by saying, “And you should do it too, to prevent the further spread of the virus.”
