Anushka and Vicky praise Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar as she dons the nurse’s hat to fight COVID-19!

Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar on Monday visited Nair hospital to boost the morale of the nursing staff, particularly students roped in for COVID-19 treatment, at the hospital.

Ms. Pednekar - A former Nurse offered her services COVID-only hospital. Now, a picture of her donning the nurse’s hat has been going viral on social media and Bollywood celebrities - Anushka Sharma and Vicky Kaushal can’t stop praising her. 

They took to their respective handles to hail Mayor Kishori Pednekar. They shared the picture of Kishori Pednekar for her gesture at such times and showed praise her kind gesture. Vicky Kaushal too praised Mumbai’s Mayor who visited the hospital in Mumbai in her nurse uniform. He also shared the photo of the mayor and wrote, 'Salute'. Anushka wrote, “much respect ma’am.”

Meanwhile, Anushka and Virat have been sharing their every happening on social media and also urging fans to stay at home amid the COVID 19 crisis. They even pledged their contribution to the PM-Cares Fund and Maharashtra CM relief fund to fight COVID 19.
