Anuradha Menon is Bringing Renewed Version of 'Lola Kutty' with Amazon Prime’s Originals: Wonder Menon

Television actor and talented VJ Anuradha Menon gained immense fame as Channel V’s VJ Lola Kutty. Described as Channel V’s ‘ resident beauty on duty’, Anuradha Menon’s portrayal of Lola Kutty as a bespectacled Keralite lady who speaks English with a Malyali accent was just spot on. Lola used to interview celebs in her unique style, wearing silk saree and gajra on oily and curly hair. Her show brought the highest TRP to the channel and her charm was unmatched.

For all those who miss Lola Kutty, we have a good news for you all. Anuradha Menon is back again with a new version of Lola Kutty on Amazon Prime Video. Yes, you heard it right!

She is all set to entertain us yet again with her witty sense of humor with a new Amazon Prime Original titled Wonder Menon. The show will apparently stream on Amazon Prime from 14th June. In her new comedy series Wonder Menon, Anu Menon boldly exposes the absurdity of life and language with humour and multilingual jokes. Anu Menon took a break from television in 2011, post which she became busy with her kid. Anu will not only be reprising the role of Lola Kutty in Wonder Menon but also leave you in splits with her standup comedy act on the show.

Last year, Anuradha made a come back after a sabbatical of seven long years with TLC’s Stand Up Comedy competition Queens Vs Kings. We have high expectations with Wonder Menon and are eagerly waiting to see her perform yet again.
