Anupamaa: Rahi breaks down, says Anupama’s ‘curse’ is stopping her from becoming a mother

Tonight's Anupamaa episode opens with Digvijay firmly telling Vasundhara that the café belongs equally to him and Anupama. He makes it clear that no matter what happens, he will never end his friendship with Anupama. Vasundhara warns Digvijay that trusting Anupama is the biggest mistake of his life. According to her, Anupama will eventually move ahead in life and leave him behind after using him for her own benefit. Digvijay, however, refuses to believe her and says he has complete faith in his decision. He reminds Vasundhara how she tried to create misunderstandings between him and Anupama, but Anupama ruined her plan by choosing to start the café in Ahmedabad itself. Furious, Vasundhara lashes out at Digvijay.

Prem steps in and questions Digvijay for speaking rudely to Vasundhara. He angrily asks Digvijay how he even dared to enter his house. Digvijay replies that he came there the same way Vasundhara had gone to his place earlier and confronted Ranvijay.

Vasundhara emotionally tells Prem that whatever she did was only for his happiness. She accuses Anupama of destroying Prem’s life and then happily moving ahead with Digvijay. Vasundhara says she cannot tolerate seeing Anupama starting a new chapter in her life so easily.

Digvijay strongly defends Anupama and criticizes Vasundhara for her thinking. Prem then tells Digvijay that Anupama is only interested in making her career successful and will use him for that purpose. Digvijay loses his temper and asks Prem to stay within limits. Prem fires back by saying Digvijay is equally taking advantage of Anupama. Unable to control his anger, Digvijay slaps Prem. Shocked and furious, Prem raises his hand too. Digvijay tells him to go ahead and hit him because he has already crossed the line by raising his hand. He further says both Prem and Rahi have become unreasonable in their hatred.

Digvijay taunts Prem and Rahi, saying they can never understand the values and upbringing Anupama has given them. The argument between the two turns uglier. Prem orders Digvijay to leave his house immediately. Before leaving, Digvijay warns Prem that he will protect both his house and the café at any cost. He openly challenges Prem and says Anupama may forgive him and Rahi one day, but he never will. Digvijay also tells Prem not to fall so low that later, even if he realizes his mistakes and wishes to apologize, he will not have the courage to face Anupama.

Watching everything, Gautam comments that just like Anupama, now even Digvijay has started giving lectures and slapping people.

Meanwhile, Anupama grows worried as Digvijay has not returned home. She wonders where he has disappeared in a completely new city. Mahi asks her not to stress because Digvijay is mature enough to take care of himself. Hasmuk also tries calming Anupama down. On the other hand, Leela casually asks Anupama to order paneer fritters for her. Hasmuk jokingly asks Leela whether she plans to pay in cash or online. Leela gets surprised and asks why she should pay. Hasmuk teases her further and says at least she can order onion fritters instead.

Anupama continues searching for Digvijay when suddenly Rahi arrives at the Shah house. She angrily questions Anupama about how Digvijay dared to slap Prem. Ansh immediately asks Rahi what exactly Prem had said that provoked Digvijay so much. Hasmuk also demands to know the complete truth. Instead of answering calmly, Rahi starts misbehaving with Anupama. She warns Anupama to keep Digvijay away from her and Prem. Rahi further threatens that if Anupama ignores her warning, she will create such chaos that it will destroy Anupama and Digvijay’s friendship forever.

Mahi cannot tolerate Rahi’s rude behavior and asks her to speak respectfully. However, Rahi harshly tells Mahi to stay quiet because she is in no mood to hear sarcastic comments from anyone.

Later, Anupama confronts Digvijay and scolds him for slapping Prem. She tells him that his actions have only increased the distance and misunderstandings between her, Prem, and Rahi. Leela points out that Anupama is only focusing on the slap and ignoring everything else that happened before it.

Digvijay explains that he had only gone there because he could not tolerate anyone insulting Anupama. But Anupama says she neither needs anyone’s support nor wants someone else fighting her battles. Digvijay once again clarifies that his intentions were never wrong, but Anupama continues blaming him for making matters worse.

Finally, Digvijay apologizes to Anupama for hurting her feelings. Feeling unwanted and guilty, he decides to leave the house permanently and return forever. His sudden decision leaves Anupama shocked.

Elsewhere, Rahi breaks down emotionally. A woman notices her condition and asks if she is alright. Rahi says she is struggling because of hormonal imbalance. While talking, she remembers Anupama and becomes emotional again. The woman gently asks whether her mother lives far away from her. Filled with bitterness, Rahi says that because of Anupama’s curse, she has still not been able to become pregnant. The woman advises her not to think that way because no mother can ever curse her child. But Rahi stubbornly says Anupama only cares about proving herself great in front of everyone. The woman encourages Rahi to reconnect with her mother, but Rahi says that because of Anupama, Prem’s dream of becoming a father may also remain incomplete.

Back at home, Leela tells Anupama that Prem and Rahi will never forget Digvijay slapping Prem. She warns Anupama that instead of worrying about Digvijay, she should focus on her children. Meanwhile, Hasmuk tries stopping Digvijay from leaving, but Digvijay asks him to let him go alone.

Leela then tells Anupama that her friendship with Digvijay could become the biggest mistake of her life. Hearing this, Anupama starts blaming herself for everything happening around her.

However, Mahi, Ansh, Kinjal, and Ishani stand by Anupama and support her emotionally. Feeling helpless, Anupama regrets coming back to Ahmedabad. Hasmuk comforts her and says she has done nothing wrong. He even says that Digvijay’s reaction was justified after knowing the complete truth. Shocked, Anupama asks Hasmuk why he is supporting Digvijay. Hasmuk finally reveals that Pari had already told him everything that actually happened.

In the precap, Anupama and Digvijay happily celebrate after receiving a new order for their café. Meanwhile, Prerna blames Prem for trying to snatch away their business opportunity. Prem defends himself by saying Anupama had started the rivalry first. He then vows not only to take away their deals but also destroy Anupama’s dream café completely.
