Anupamaa: Prerna tries to take her life, and Ansh rushes her to the hospital in time

Tonight’s Anupamaa episode opens with Prem losing his temper as he notices Anupama’s café gaining strong popularity. To attract more customers, Anupama introduces a special Punjabi tadka-themed menu, which further irritates Prem.

Amid this, Anupama appreciates Hasmuk for his support. Banku curiously asks her how he looks, and Anupama warmly compliments him as well. On the other side, Prem, Rahi, Shruti, and Prerna observe the growing crowd at Anupama’s café from a distance. During this, Anupama makes a subtle remark about how anger only harms a person and should not be held on to for long. This indirect comment angers Prem even more. Seeing his reaction, Anupama is left confused and wonders what has changed him so drastically.

Soon after, a couple approaches Anupama and asks if her café offers continental dishes. Anupama confidently responds that Prem is an expert in continental cuisine. She then directs the customers toward Prem’s café. Ansh questions Anupama about why she is sending potential customers away. Anupama explains that customer preference comes first and since their café already has enough crowd, they should act with generosity and a big heart. This gesture upsets Prem and Shruti when they learn about it.

Later, Anupama expresses to Digvijay that she is eager to participate in the upcoming food carnival and wants to win it at any cost. Digvijay assures her that as long as she is with him, victory is possible. The organizers then ask participants to fill out registration forms. However, Prem and Rahi end up snatching Anupama’s form, leaving both Anupama and Digvijay shocked. Rahi is surprised to see Prem more focused on Anupama than his own preparations. Anupama asks Digvijay to carefully check the form again. Meanwhile, Prem tells Rahi that she must support him in winning the competition, as he is determined to succeed at any cost. After submitting her form, Anupama leaves, while Prem deliberately damages her form and vows to defeat his rivals.

On another track, Meeta informs Vasundhara, Raja, and Khyati that Pari is unwell. Vasundhara assumes that Pari is pregnant, which shocks Pari. Raja becomes very happy at the thought of becoming a father. However, Pari insists she will consult a doctor before believing anything. Vasundhara remains convinced that her prayers have been answered, while Khyati advises waiting for medical confirmation.

Elsewhere, Shruti brings an exciting business opportunity for Prem’s café, securing an order for lunch for 30 people. Prem becomes very happy and motivated to prepare the food. Rahi notices his cheerful mood and tells Shruti it has been a long time since Prem looked so content. Shruti, however, hints that even better things are coming for him.

Meanwhile, Ansh accidentally bumps into Prerna and clarifies that he was not following her intentionally. Shruti sees them together. At the same time, Digvijay brings a friend to his café, where Anupama impresses the guest with her food and service.

Pari, on the other hand, becomes anxious thinking about the possibility of pregnancy and requests Khyati to accompany her to the doctor. Khyati asks her to stay calm and agrees to take her for a check-up. Back at the café, Prem is busy preparing for the large lunch order when suddenly Mukesh cancels a booking at his café. This unexpected cancellation turns into an opportunity for Anupama, who immediately receives a chance to serve a group of 30 people. She becomes excited and begins planning the preparation.

In the precap, Shruti accuses Anupama of stealing their customers. Ansh later reveals that Prem and Shruti had blamed Prerna for leaking customer information and threw her out of the café. In distress, Prerna attempts suicide. Digvijay and Ansh rush her to the hospital. Before losing consciousness, Prerna leaves behind a note claiming she never betrayed Prem. Anupama is left completely shocked by the revelation.
