In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Rahi confronts Khyati and reveals that she has uncovered the truth about Mohit. Khyati is left stunned when she learns that Prem is aware of the truth and has even taken back the legal case. Accusing Rahi of digging into a past she had deliberately buried, Khyati questions what Rahi achieved by involving Prem in the matter.

Rahi firmly responds that Khyati didn't benefit from keeping secrets either. She urges her to reconcile with Aryan and mend their broken relationship. Khyati's brother also joins the conversation, emphasising that Aryan needs his mother's love and it's time to embrace the truth. Encouraged, Khyati reaches out to hug Aryan, but he coldly pulls away from her.

Anupama, witnessing the scene, checks on Khyati's emotional state and then confronts Aryan about his harsh behaviour. She pleads with him to at least hear Khyati's side before making any final decision. However, Aryan remains firm in his stance and completely severs ties with his mother.

Anupama gently tells Khyati that if she feels ready to open up, she is willing to listen with an open heart. With a deep breath and teary eyes, Khyati begins to open up about her past. She reveals that after marrying Parag, she was never truly accepted by Prem and Prarthana. Meanwhile, Parag remained so consumed with work that he rarely spent time with the children. Khyati tried everything to bond with them, but her efforts were constantly met with rejection.

She recalls a turning point—one day, Prem was burning with fever and suffering from chickenpox, while Prarthana was inconsolable and crying. When Khyati went to check on him, something unexpected happened—Prem clutched her dupatta tightly and for the first time, called her "maa," begging her not to leave his side. That one moment touched her deeply. From that day on, she devoted all her time and love to both children. Their acceptance made her feel complete, as if life had finally given her everything she had longed for. Prem, especially, became inseparable from her—always calling her "maa" and sticking close to her.

Then, another unexpected revelation turned her world upside down. She received a call from her gynecologist informing her that she was five months pregnant. Due to her PCOD condition, the pregnancy had gone undetected until then. It was a shocking moment for her. She had just started to feel loved and accepted by Prem and Prarthana, and the thought of dividing her love between them and her unborn child terrified her. She feared that any shift in attention might ruin the fragile bond she had finally built.

Once Prem’s health began improving, she made a difficult decision. She lied to Parag, telling him that her brother was unwell, and left for Valsad. On her way out of the house, she looked at the faces of both children—those innocent faces that had finally embraced her—and made the most painful decision of her life. She vowed never to divide her maternal love between them and Aryan.

Khyati continues, revealing another painful chapter. She says Prem believed Gayatri ended her life because of her, but the truth was far more complicated. She and Parag shared a strictly professional relationship—there was nothing more between them. Yet, Gayatri grew increasingly suspicious of her. The insecurity became so intense that Khyati decided to resign from her job as Parag’s assistant, just to avoid coming between them and to save their relationship. Unfortunately, Gayatri's mental health continued to deteriorate. Despite Parag’s efforts to get her the best medical care, her condition worsened, and one day, she took her own life.

After Gayatri's death, Prem and Prarthana were shattered. Seeing their vulnerability, Parag felt that his children desperately needed a mother figure in their lives. That’s when he approached Khyati with the proposal of marriage. For the sake of the children, she agreed. However, Parag never wanted them to know the truth behind Gayatri’s death. That’s why they never corrected Prem’s misunderstanding, never told him that she had no hand in it.

Khyati adds that if the children took so long to accept a stepmother, there was no way they would’ve been ready to accept a stepbrother. That thought haunted her, and she chose not to bring Aryan into their lives. She didn’t want to split her love between them or become selfish for the sake of her own child. Instead, she distanced herself from Aryan, though she never stopped fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother. She regularly sent money to her brother to take care of Aryan’s every need.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Khyati says she knows she failed as a mother. Despite trying her best, she couldn't be the mother Aryan deserved. Her voice breaks, and she cries, feeling the weight of all the years she carried that guilt in silence. Anupama gently encourages her to be honest with the family, assuring her of support. Though hesitant to face the Kotharis, Khyati finds strength in Anupama and Rahi's unwavering backing.

Meanwhile, Leela tells Hasmuk to fetch spices from Anu Ki Rasoi and warns him not to interact with Raghav or Jhanki. Hasmuk bluntly tells her to get them herself, refusing to comply.

Later, Anupama returns to the Kothari residence with Khyati and Rahi. Parag immediately stops Khyati at the door. Anupama recalls her own experiences with Vanraj and urges Khyati to step inside, but Parag stands in her way. When Rahi asks him to listen to what Khyati has to say, he lashes out at her for hiding Aryan's truth. Rahi explains that Aryan has shared a different version of events with Parag and insists that Khyati deserves a chance to be heard. She also requests Prem to give Khyati the opportunity to present her side. A heated exchange follows between Rahi and Prem as they both defend their beliefs.

Anupama and Rahi stand firmly with Khyati, while Moti Baa intervenes and tells Anupama-a not to meddle in their family issues.

Parag, overwhelmed with emotion, accuses Khyati of taking Aryan away from him. Tearfully, he asks why no one considers a father's pain. Aryan sides with Parag, refusing to forgive Khyati. Despite Rahi's appeals for understanding, both father and son remain unforgiving. Prem, too, holds Khyati responsible for Gayatri's demise. But Rahi insists that Gayatri didn't die because of Khyati and challenges Prem to confront Moti Baa, Parag, or Anil for the truth. Her words leave Prem shaken.

Precap for the next episode:

In the precap, Anil confides in Prem, revealing that Gayatri struggled with mental health issues, which led to her death. Aryan accuses Khyati of abandoning him due to Prem and Prarthana. While Parag still refuses to forgive her, Prem finally steps forward in Khyati's defence.
