Anupamaa: Anu's world turns upside down as food poisoning on set leads to jail threat

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama decides to speak to Rahi about how her first day of class went. Rahi, however, is crying alone in her room. When Anupama approaches her and gently asks about the class, Rahi tries to cover up the truth. Anupama immediately senses that something is off and notices the change in her tone. Rahi quickly makes an excuse, saying her throat is sore because she had ice cream with Prem.

Rajini’s Story Inspires Rahi to Stay Strong

Anupama once again asks her about the class, trying to understand what really happened. Rahi says the first lecture went smoothly and assures Anupama that the next ones will also be good. Deep down, though, she is scared that Vasundhara will continue to create obstacles in her studies. Anupama feels that Rahi is not being fully honest. She reminds her that her in-laws support her dreams and promises that she will surely finish her education. Yet, Rahi still chooses not to reveal the truth.

To change her mood, Anupama tells Rahi about Rajini and shares how, even with her fame, Rajini stays humble. Hearing about her inspires Rahi, and she becomes excited. She admits that her journey toward completing her studies will be challenging, but she is ready to face everything without troubling Prem or Anupama.

Chaos at the Shah House as Leela Prepares for Her Product Launch

Meanwhile, at the Shah house, Hasmuk notices Leela busy with something and asks what she is doing. Leela proudly says she is testing Lee Shaw's new products. Paritosh questions why she is using him for experiments. Leela says she cannot test on animals, which prompts Paritosh to jokingly ask if she thinks he is one. Kinjal and Pakhi burst into laughter. Leela adds that she will test her products on Hasmuk too. Ansh shows interest in promoting Leela's brand. Pakhi announces she is going to meet a friend. Paritosh taunts her, saying she must feel free now that Ishani's care has been handed over to Anupama. Their argument begins once again. Leela urges everyone to take her business seriously.

Paritosh says he has already started working on a real estate venture. Leela wants every member of the family to put their heart into her new business.

Khyati Confronts Vasundhara for Blocking Rahi’s Education

Khyati, on the other hand, discovers that Rahi did not attend her first class because Vasundhara's acquaintance stopped her. She confronts Vasundhara and asks why she restricts Rahi's education while letting Mahi do whatever she wants. Mahi twists the situation in her favour, while Vasundhara defends herself by saying Mahi is responsible, but Rahi is Anupama's daughter and often crosses boundaries. Khyati feels sorry for Rahi. Vasundhara even comments that one Anupama has already gone to Mumbai, and she does not want another one in her family.

At the chawl, the residents request Anupama to approach Rajini and help them protect their homes. Anupama assures them that once Rajini gives her word, she will stand by it. But a man warns her not to trust politicians blindly.

Meanwhile, Gautam and his partner meet Rajini with an equal partnership proposal and cleverly manipulate her into considering it.

Leela’s Excitement Grows While Gautam Targets Ansh

Back at the Shah house, Leela is thrilled as she prepares for the launch of her new line of products. When Mahi mentions that Ansh and Leela have started a business together, Rahi feels cheerful hearing this. At the same time, Gautam vows to ruin Ansh and ensure that he fails miserably. Unaware of the danger, Ansh, Rahi, and Leela dream of a bright future ahead.

Anupama cooks food for the production team with full dedication. Pari and Ishani slowly begin healing and taking steps forward in their lives. Just then, Anupama gets the news that the shoot has been cancelled and the food is no longer required. Bharti wonders what they should do now, but Anupama calmly says they will use it on another day.

Precap for the Next Episode

In the precap, Anupama is practising dance with the dance ranis when she suddenly receives a call asking her to rush to the set immediately. Worried, she asks what happened and learns that several people have fallen sick after eating the food that was supposedly sent by her. Shocked, Anupama quickly heads to the film city along with Bharti, Preet, and Ishani, all of them tense and scared.

Once she reaches, the director confronts her and expresses his anger, saying that because of her, the entire shoot has come to a halt. Folding her hands, Anupama explains that the food being served is not the one she prepared. The director then asks for the tiffin to be brought to her. After checking it, Anupama firmly states that it is not hers. The director insists she look carefully, but Anupama maintains that no woman would fail to recognise her own kitchen containers.

The director angrily demands that Anupama pay for the losses caused and warns that the matter could even lead to jail, leaving her completely shaken.
