Anupamaa: Anu escapes a major accident but refuses to stop the show

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama opens the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp, reminding everyone that traditions should always remain close to their hearts. As she addresses the audience, she speaks about the fashion show planned for the evening. She then introduces little Pari and proudly reveals that Pari is gearing up to launch her own clothing brand. Ishani, however, looks unimpressed.

Pari’s Eco-Friendly Fashion Line Takes the Spotlight

Anupama explains that Pari has put together an impressive collection using recycled fabric, turning old, unused clothes into brand-new designs. She adds that she herself has followed this method for years. Anupama then requests everyone to sit back and enjoy the upcoming segments and thanks the entire chawl for coming together to support the event.

Anupama walks the stage wearing an outfit designed by Pari. Sarita waits eagerly for her own moment. Backstage, Anupama asks Rahi whether anyone noticed her saree getting stuck earlier. Rahi assures her that nobody did and says the audience is praising Anupama and calling her a rockstar.

After that, Sarita takes the stage and twirls enthusiastically. Preet feels Sarita is going slightly overboard because of excitement. Ishani murmurs that the team missed the rhythm because of Anupama's entry. Anupama gently assures them that they will manage to fix the flow and continue smoothly.

Rahi Steps In as the Unexpected Showstopper

Meanwhile, the dance ranis start looking around for Bharti. Preet informs them that Bharti stepped out to the washroom. Anupama instructs Preet to go ahead and manage the performance and to send Anupama back once she is done.

Rahi confesses that even though they are nervous, there is a lot of excitement in the air. She recalls how, during Anuj's fashion events, she always dreamt of walking the ramp as a child. Hearing his name, Anupama's memories of Anuj surface for a moment. Rahi then requests Anupama to change into her next outfit since she is supposed to be the showstopper for the final round.

As Anupama heads to get ready, she senses someone lurking inside the lighting control room. Rahi urges her not to waste time since the performance is about to begin. On the stage, Bharti, Pari, Ishani, Anita, and Sarita perform their dance number.

Kritika, watching from the sidelines, assumes that Anupama will arrive as the showstopper and warns her men. But to her surprise, the person who walks out dressed as the final performer is Rahi. Kritika is thrown off, realising that Anupama has swapped places at the last second. Anupama, from backstage, smiles knowing that Rahi had always wished to be a showstopper, and she wanted to give her that chance.

Anupama’s Quick Reflexes Save Rahi in Time

Rahi confidently performs on stage, but suddenly, a lighting fixture loosens and comes crashing down. Just moments before it hits her, Anupama lunges forward and pulls Rahi away. The crowd gasps in shock. Thankfully, Anupama escapes without a scratch. She folds her hands and thanks God for protecting both of them. She tells Rahi that she saved her instinctively, and God watched over her in return. Rajini steps in and says Anupama's kindness always shields her during trouble.

Kritika immediately pushes for the event to be cancelled, but the organiser argues that stopping the show now will force the investor to back out. Rajini also leans toward cancelling after the mishap, but Anupama stands firm. She says that so many people have poured their hearts into this event, and she cannot let their hard work go to waste. She especially refuses to disappoint Pari and Ishani, who have been looking forward to this moment. Encouraged by her determination, the team prepares to continue the event. Kritika fumes over her failed plan.
