Anshula Kapoor discharged from hospital, Dad Boney Kapoor gives health update

Recently, there was speculation around Anshula Kapoor’s health when her father Boney Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor were spotted at a Mumbai hospital over the weekend. Anshula was admitted to the Hinduja hospital.

On Monday, Anshula was discharged and the paparazzi captured her while leaving from the hospital. Her father and producer Boney Kapoor confirmed the same and also gave an update on her health.

While the reason behind Anshula’s hospitalisation was unknown, Boney Kapoor has now shared that she had to get her routine tests done. Speaking to SpotboyE, the filmmaker said:

“Anshula was in hospital for routine tests and a check-up. She’s in fine health  and now back home. All those worried  about her  can stop stressing.”

Boney also added that the media glare around Anshula’s hospitalisation was aggravated because she was admitted in the same hospital where veteran actor Dilip Kumar is admitted. He shared:

“You see, Mr  Dilip Kumar  was  also admitted  into the same hospital when my daughter was  there. Hence the  photographers’ presence  was stronger  than ever. But like  I said, it’s  all good. Anshula is  home and healthy. Touchwood.”

Speaking of Dilip Kumar’s health, he is diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion and is currently on oxygen support in the ICU ward.
