Annkur Vinchuurkar's play receives positive reviews!

Actor Annkur Vinchuurkar who was last seen in many television serials and films is back again on stage after a gap of a year.

He was preparing a play with AUM theatre group since the past one month and the show was held at the Sathey Auditorium on 5th April. 

Annkur says, "It was a very nice experience. I returned to the stage after one year. The capacity of the auditorium was 160 but almost 200 people came to see the play. It was a new group that I was working for this time."

Annkur was initially working in a play with Saleem Shah, the cousin of the renowned Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah.

Commenting on the play's response, Annkur said, "We got a standing ovation after the show. People were still repeating dialogues of a few characters which they liked a lot, such as the dialogues of Gama which I played - "are lagin karata hai Aaj sham Ko tera, then Aaisha which was played by Sharon "aap log office me Bhi esi he bakwas karte hai Kya"

Now, Annkur is in Delhi for a few projects. He is expecting new roles in films and waiting for offers from big casting directors. "I seriously wanna do films because films are the medium where one can actually show their talent, acting skills, theatre and stage magic. You can live totally another life."
