Ankita Bhargava opens up on her Miscarriage; says, 'Took me time to muster up the Courage to make this post'

Actress Ankita Bhargava tied the knot with Karan Patel in 2015. The duo also gave birth to a beautiful little girl whom they named 'Mehr' last year in December. Ankita took it to her social media account to openly talk about her miscarriage before Mehr's birth. The Actress also mentioned that this is by far the most personal post that she is ever going to write. 

In the post, Ankita mentioned that their friends and family were a big support in helping them through their dark times. However, for Ankita, her husband was her biggest strength, specially at that time and he held her together. She also revealed that within a week after her miscarriage, she was getting trolled by some 6-7 handles over it which did hurt her. 

She captioned her post on Instagram as, "Technically i wrote this a few days ago, But it took me time to muster up the courage to make this post! This is by far the most personal post that im ever going to write,With hopes that i can make at least a little difference in someones life...

At first i didnt want to talk about it to anyone at all...But then after having counselled more than TWO DOZEN women over dmz on instagram all over the country, I realised it is time I openly talk about ‘MY MISCARRIAGE’ 

The most important takeaway for me from this experience was....

DONT KEEP RELIVING THE PAST. DONT KEEP WAITING FOR THE FUTURE. JUST SIMPLY LIVE IN THE PRESENT. I hope this helps..."
