Star Plus never fails to bring something interesting and new for the audience. Among the love sagas, saas-bahu stories, one of the most underrated show is Mariam Khan - Reporting Live. It started with a unique concept and all throughout dealt with societal issues and made a worthy watch. However, it didn't garner the much needed attention since it went on air. Finally, the show is all set to end. And yesterday, the team had their last shoot.

From Khalid Siddiqui to Mahima Makwana, Param Singh all bid farewell to the show on the last day with a team pic and they will indeed stay etched in our hearts.

Sharing a heartfelt note, Khalid Siddiqui wrote, "11 jan 2019 ...last episode telecast of mariam khan reporting live ...such a beautiful journey it has been ,loved every moment of it ,it was a fun ride with the best co actors and a wonderful crew ..would want to thank all of u who worked on this show ,thank u @starplus and the team @karnikasaxena for the support ,my producer Majid and Afaque,my directors @noel982000 ,Ismail bhai,kk, Monu,dop,the crew right from the spot to the whole production team ,the creative team , my lovely co actors @rukhsarrehman @rajivkumarofficial @priyankakandwal @imsheenabajaj @deshnadugad5 @lubnamsalim @mansi_sharma6 @mahima_makwana @himanshuashokmalhotra @paras_kalnawat @paramsingh_official @kiimmykaur @shalmalee_t @sagar_saini19 @anjumahendroo @iamhoneykamboj @prernabhat24 ,my fav Zaheer sahab(ABBA huzoor)...bye bye Mkrl...all is well that ends well...shukran ALLAH..."

Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji will replace Mariam Khan Reporting Live. It will star Jasmin Bhasin in the lead role.

No idea before leap but post leap the script n execution of every track was so weak.. The only thing that made the show watchable was Param Singh n Mahima Makwana... They are two really talented actors... Love you both n waiting for your Web Series Param

The show became bad from Aayat phuphi entry and then torture of an child for 2 months. Leap was another story of manhandling hero and weak heroine.

I don't know what to say as had always wished for the show to end. MKRL had the best and the most friendly unit. All the best to the entire team and am so looking forward to Param's WS. MKRL ended for good. These actors deserves the best.

Though it was a short journey but Param n Mahima made a cute pair #FaRiam are love Khalid Ji Ruksaar Ji Lubna Ji Anju Ji were amazing n Deshna was cutest
