Ananya Panday’s attitude irks Kartik Aaryan? Duo not on talking terms

Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan’s friendship is reportedly going through a rough road. The duo had recently emerged as the best of friends, owing to their fun Instagram posts and BTS videos. Interestingly, while the original choice for the role in Pati Patni Aur Woh was Taapsee Pannu, Kartik had got Ananya into the project. However, now it seems trouble in paradise.

Kartik and Ananya will be seen for the first time together on the big screen in Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh. And while shooting together, Ananya is quite competitive and wants to be better than Kartik in each and every shot, which has left the Luka Chuppi actor miffed.

"Something about Ananya's attitude irks Kartik. She's become very competitive on the sets of Pati Patni Aur Woh, and she wants to do better than him in every shot. No harm in that. In fact, being competitive is a good thing. But unfortunately, it is annoying Kartik, and so the tension is growing," revealed a source to Deccan Chronicle.

This is no good news as the Student of the Year 2 actress had mentioned in an earlier interview with Mumbai Mirror, that Kartik is her closest friend.“Kartik is one of my closest industry friends. He is funny and constantly made me laugh while shooting. We have a comfortable equation”, Ananya had said.

Kartik and Ananya’s social media posts are proof of the fun camaraderie the actors share, but it looks like their personal rapport is hitting a rough patch because of their professional standings.

Talking of Pati Patni Aur Woh, Kartik will be seen playing Chintu Tyagi while Bhumi is playing his wife, Vedika. Ananya will be seen stepping into the shoes of the hot secretary. Pati Patni Aur Woh remake will hit the screens on December 6, 2019.
