Ananya Panday talks about trolling, says Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor have her back!

Ananya Panday made her impressive debut with Punit Malhotra’s Student Of The Year 2, opposite Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff. Despite the film being a moderate hit on the box office, the young star managed to gain an appreciation for her performance from fans and the audience. The star kid has already started shooting for next film, 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh', alongside Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. 

The 20-year-old star kid enjoys a massive fan following of 3.8 million on Instagram. However, along with receiving love from fans, they never shy away from trolling the celebrities! Ananya too has been on the receiving end of bully and trolls. And in response to the same, she has started a ‘So Positive’ initiative to take up the cause of social media bullying.

Fortunately, Ananya reveals that she has her friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor by her side through all times- good and the bad! In a recent conversation with the Asian Age, the star kid opened up about her relationship with her friends. She said, "Suhana, Shanaya and I have grown up together and are practically of the same age. So whenever trolling or bullying happens, we three have each others back. We can count on each other during our lows. I am lucky because they are always with me no matter what."

Recalling the time when she had to face trolling during her starting off days, Ananya added, "You can’t change who your parents are, and I would never want to do that. I am so proud of my dad. While I was promoting SOTY 2, I noticed that people used to ask about nepotism, and Tiger (Shroff) used to tell me ‘just let your work do that talking’. Once your film is out then they are not looking at you as someone’s daughter or son, they look at you as an actor. Being a star kid, I don’t want to complain. I am lucky and super blessed. Yes, there is a negative side of comparison and trolling, but there are so many positive aspects to it and I just want to focus on that."
