Ananya Panday Reveals she was Bullied as a Hunchback in school!

Bollywood’s budding diva Ananya Panday is all set to make her debut with Dharma Production’s Student of the Year 2. The film also casts Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff and it will be directed by Punit Malhotra.

Debutante Ananya Panday has a vivacious personality and there is never a dull moment whenever the young starlet is around. The actress has an infectious energy and a testimony of the same can be seen in the episode of 'Koffee with Karan' and as the actress promotes her first film. 

However, this has not always been the case revealed Ananya. During a media interaction, the young actress opened up her insecurities related to her body and the reason trolls don't affect her.

She said, "In my school, we wore uniforms and couldn't apply nail polish or kajal. I had so many problems like body issues, stress and exams. I am really skinny even though I eat like a beast. Everyone wants to have a curvy body and look a certain way, but I think now I am comfortable in my skin."

She added, "In school, I would always be uncomfortable because my skirt would expose my thin, chicken legs and wiry hands. I would get called a hunchback as I am tall and would always bend down to hear people. This is the reason trolls don't affect me, as I have been bullied in school."

Ananya, who is the daughter of actor Chunkey Pandey and is making her debut with Karan Johar's film, is often quizzed on the subject of prevailing nepotism in Bollywood.

Apart from Student Of the Year 2, Ananya is also awaiting the release of Pati Patni Aur Woh. The film also stars Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar.
