Varun Dhawan and Ananya Panday are two prominent and popular Bollywood actors right now. With appearances in Student of the Year 2, a follow-up to the 2012 film Student of the Year, Ananya kick-started her acting career in 2019. Along with Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra in prominent roles, the part 1 also served as Varun's debut in the business. Ananya Panday is quite active on social media and is often seen documenting her personal and professional life. 

Today, she took to her Instagram handle and posted an unseen adorable picture with her buddy Varun Dhawan. In the picture, Varun could be seen carrying a bowl of ice-cream, while donning a casual striped tee. Ananya on the other hand was seen decked in a simple black turtle neck tee.

Sharing the picture, she wrote, "my sweet and spiritual friend @varundvn eating ice cream 🍨 #Student1Student2 📸 @karanjohar".

As mentioned in Ananya's caption, the picture was clicked by renowned filmmaker Karan Johar, who launched both the actors in this business.

Fans started making speculations in the comments section that two might be working together in a film.

Talking about their profession engagements, Varun Dhawan is currently gearing up for the release of his film 'Bhediya'. The teaser of the film was recently unveiled and fans can't wait to watch this thriller on the big-screens. Apart from that Varun also completed filming Nitesh Tiwari's Bawaal in Poland. He will star alongside Janhvi Kapoor in the film.

Meanwhile, Ananya Panday will next be seen in the film 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan'. She will co-star alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
