Ananya Panday gives fans a glimpse at her IIFA preparations; greets Abu Dhabi

We are soon going to witness a night filled with power-packed performances and recognition of talent in the Bollywood industry. Yes, IIFA awards will be back with its 2022 edition and this time it is talking place in Abu Dhabi. 

While celebrities have started flying to Dubai, today it was Ananya Panday who jetted off to the country and has even begun her rehearsals for the event in full swing. Ananya Panday took to her social media handle and offered her fans a glimpse at the view from her hotel and her graceful thumkas.

The Student Of The Year 2 actor shared a picture of the F1 track. With the picture she wrote, "IIFA lets, gooo!". She added, "good morning Yas! Can't believe we're literally staying on the F1 track. She then posted another snap of her standing on the stage with lights in the background while she was shaking her legs with the background dancers. In the last picture of the story she could be seen folding her hands and posing for the camera with the caption Namaste Abu Dhabi. 

Due to the pandemic, no award events or shows took place in the past 2 years but now that things are getting back to normal fans are quite excited to witness this Bollywood dhamaka and see their favourite films and stars receive award for their performances. 

Meanwhile, Ananya Panday was last seen in the film Gehraiyaan alongside Deepika Padukone, Siddhnt Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa. The film received mixed reviews from audiences as well as the critics. Ananya will next be seen in the film Liger which is directed by Puri Jagannadh. It is touted to be a sports action film and features Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Apart from Vijay and Ananya the film also has an extended cameo of the American boxer Mike Tyson. It would be his acting debut in Hindia films with this one. The film will hit the silver screens on 25th August. 

Ananya will also star in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
