Although, the actress has stood strong and tall amidst all the trolls and negativity. A few days ago, few girls claimed to be her schoolmates revealed that the young actress was never accepted in foreign universities and she had lied about her academic ambitions.
A comment read, "Ananya didn’t even get assigned a counselor because she always said she wanted to act or take a gap year. All of a sudden in March when USC (University of Southern California) released its decisions, she started saying she got accepted! But she didn’t even apply because our school conducts mock SATs which she never took. Everyone asked her to show her acceptance letter but she kept saying it’s lost."
The 20-year-old actress who completed her 12th grade in Dhirubhai Ambani School mentioned that she is not affected by this. Ananya said, "Once a film is out, people start making up stuff. I have no idea who this person is."
