Amrita Rao's 'awesome' experience with Salma Agha!

Actress Amrita Rao said, she had an "awesome" experience shooting with Pakistani singer-actress Salma Agha for "Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai".

"Shooting with the singer-actress Salma Agha-Ji was awesome... She does have the old world Noor Jahan like charm," Amrita tweeted.

Salma, best known for her roles in Pakistani films like "Nikaah", "Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki" and "Pati Patni Aur Tawaif", features in the show alongside Amrita Rao, Deepti Naval, Zarina Wahab and Pallavi Joshi amongst others.

Salma is known for singing songs like "Dil ke armaan aansuon mein", "Ae mere mehboob" and "Jeena bhi kya hai jeena".

I am loving this show. Everything from the casting, to the direction is top notch. Loved the scene when Salma Agha's character & Amrita Rao's do riyaaz together.

Salma Agha is Indian actress and all the films named above are Indian films and not Pakistani films. Love the show.. it is a masterpiece

Love the show to bits Amrita Rao. This show is truly unquie and amazingly produced with so much love. Everything is superb. You can tell how much these makers and everyone involved cares about this project. It's truly a pleasure to watch! Keep up the amazing work!
