ALT Balaji’s Bekaaboo is Not A Vanilla Watch; Blends Pain And Pleasure In Equal Measures!

ALT Balaji has never shied away from experimenting with bold content, and after Gandi Baat, Ragini MMS and XXX, Bekaboo is their latest series in the category of erotica. Featuring Rajeev Siddhartha, Priya Banerjee and Madhu Sneha Upadhyay, Bekaaboo is a mystery thriller series with erotic elements. The much anticipated tantalizing series began streaming from today and here is a small analysis of it.

What is the story about?

The series starts with a couple getting intimate in the middle of a railway track and the very scene makes it clear from the start that this is not going to be a normal boring story. The story revolves around Kiaan (Rajeev Siddhartha), a best selling erotic novel writer who is soon going to get engaged with his college sweetheart Anaysha (Madhu). The hot and handsome Kiaan has many female fans, but in the first episode itself we are introduced to a psycho female stalker who is chasing Kiaan to seduce him. Who is she, what is her motive and what happens between the three of them is what the series is all about. It’s basically a psycho stalker drama filled with unexpected mystery and thrill.

What we liked?

Though the series is erotic and has a lot of intimate  scenes, they are aesthetically shot. It’s definitely not just a regular erotic drama and keeps you engaged in the story line. All the three actors  fit in their roles. 

What we didn’t like?

The series though has a good story line and the execution has done justice to it too, but somehow the pace of the story still seems a bit slow. The story moves ahead at the speed of turtle.

Verdict:

The series will make you sweat with both the erotic scenes and nail-biting mystery. It will sure keep you engaged, and if you’re a fan of erotic thrillers, you should definitely stream this one.
