Alia Bhatt to make her Hollywood breakthrough with Netflix's spy thriller Heart Of Stone

Alia Bhatt is without a doubt one of Bollywood's most accomplished, dynamic, and well-liked actresses of her generation. She is now experiencing the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi, her most recent film. Here is a bit of excellent news for all the Alia fans and that is, she is all set to expand her wings beyond and make her big Hollywood debut. If that wasn't enough, she'll be making her Hollywood debut alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in Netflix and Skydance's international spy thriller Heart Of Stone.

It will be helmed by Tom Harper, written by Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder. The show is produced by Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger, along with Mockingbird’s Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn, and Pilot Wave’s Gal Gadot and Jaron Varsano. The Executive Producers are Patty Whitcher, Tom Harper, Greg Rucka. 

The plot revolves around Rachel Stone (Gal Gadot), who is an intelligence operative, the only woman who stands between her powerful, global, peace-keeping organization and the loss of its most valuable and dangerous asset.

Alia Bhatt also took to her Instagram account and shared a screenshot of a website announcing this news. She captioned it with a white heart and folded hands. Fans have given this post immense love and have been showering her with congratulatory and best wishes comments. 

On the professional front, Alia has a slew of projects in the kitty for this year. Her next film which is supposed to hit the cinemas is S.S Rajamouli's RRR. She will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra wherein she will star alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.
