Alia Bhatt to head to UK in May for filming her Hollywood debut with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan

It seems like this is Alia Bhatt's year. The actress is nearing the end of her current schedule for Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which she co-stars with Ranveer Singh, and is already planning her next project.

Recently it was learned that Alia will travel to the United Kingdom in mid-May to begin filming for her Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone. Alia appears in the Netflix original alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.

As per the latest reports, as soon as Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani wraps up, Alia will head to the UK for a marathon schedule of the film. She would be filming for Tom Harper's directorial debut from May until the end of August.

It's an author-backed role, and the series is set to premiere globally in 2023. Darlings, her direct-to-digital debut, will also be available on Netflix in the near future.

It's like hopping from one universe to the next, because she's supposed to go on a trip with her girl gang right after she's done. In September, Alia will begin filming for Farhan Akhtar's Je Lee Zara, starring Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, stated the report. Unlike Zindagi Na Milegi Doobara, Jee Le Zara is a multi-location film that will be shot across India. It is about exploring life on a domestic road trip.

When she returns, she will also be filming some undone scenes for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is set for a big Valentine's Day 2023 release. Alia will ultimately rejoin with her favourite director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, on Baiju Bawra after completing all of her prior commitments by early next year.
