Alia Bhatt shares an adorable picture with 'soon to be dadi maaa' Neetu Kapoor; wishes her a happy birthday

Neetu Kapoor turns a year older today. At a very young age, she rose to prominence and became the most renowned actress in the Hindi film industry in the 1970s and 1980s. After a hiatus, she returned with a bang, releasing stunning jewels like Love Aaj Kal and Do Dooni Chaar. 

Meanwhile, 2022 seems to be an incredibly memorable year for the actress,  both professionally and personally. She most recently appeared alongside Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Anil Kapoor in the blockbuster JugJugg Jeeyo.

On the other hand, her beloved son Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who was married in April, recently revealed to the public that they are expecting a child. As we already know how amazing of a bond Alia Bhatt shares with her mother in law, owing to todays' special occasion, she took to her Instagram stories and shared an unseen picture with Neetu from her Haldi ceremony. 

In the photo, Neetu could be seen giving Alia a tender forehead kiss. Alia wrote a lovely note with the picture which read, “Happiest birthday to the most beautiful soul .. My mother-in-law/friend/soon to be dadi maaaaa .. love you so so much!!!”

In the meantime, Neetu is currently reaping the success of her most recent film, JugJugg Jeeyo, which she co-starred in with Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Anil Kapoor. Regarding Alia, she is getting ready for the premiere of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, which will be her debut project alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The film, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni, is scheduled for release on September 9, 2022.

Apart from this she will also star in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh.
