Alia Bhatt orders a Sabyasachi Lehenga: Wedding with Ranbir Kapoor on cards?

Love birds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are undoubtedly B-Town’s most talked about and loved celebrity couple. The duo has been dating for quite some time now and are often spotted at outings and public gatherings together. Rumours of the couple tying-the-knot have surfaced the Internet but, it looks like what started out as a rumour is now finally coming true! Wedding bells for the adorable couple have just rung!

A recent report in Spotboye reveals that the couple will be getting married in early 2020, most likely in the first half of the year. And, it has also been revealed that the Raazi actress has decided on her wedding outfit. Alia has reportedly ordered a Sabyasachi lehenga for her wedding with beau Ranbir!

Just like Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra; Alia too has opted for the well-known celebrity designer, Sabyasachi for her wedding outfit, who is popular for his bridal collection. The Kalank actress met with the designer and his team in April to start the preps on her wedding dress.

There were also reports that the couple’s wedding was on hold due to the actor’s father, Rishi Kapoor’s health conditions, who is currently in New York for the treatment. But now, the good news is that the veteran actor has healed and is in a good state. Senior Kapoor will be returning back to India by September, post which the wedding preparations can commence. 

Ranbir and Alia are working together for their next film, Brahmastra, which is directed by Ayan Mukerjee. A few weeks back, the loved up couple had taken a break from their busy schedule and went on to a vacation together to New York. The duo even spent some quality time with  RK's parents - Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.

Brahmastra is a trilogy and features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy in key roles, besides Ranbir and Alia. The film is slated to release around Summer 2020.

Talking about the wedding, we cannot wait to see Alia as a beautiful Sabya bride!
