Alia Bhatt & Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani's release to be postponed - Report

The film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and, Shabana Azmi was to be released during Valentine's Day weekend in 2023, according to a statement made by filmmaker Karan Johar earlier in the year. The movie was being shot swiftly in order to have a release date of February 10. But today, it has been reported that the romantic comedy has been postponed. 

By February, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani's filming won't be finished. Karan has postponed the shooting of a crucial scene because of Alia Bhatt's pregnancy. The sequence in question was originally scheduled to be shot in August, but the director has changed it to when Alia Bhatt returns after giving birth. In the first quarter of 2023, he intends to start this 10- to 15-day routine with Alia. The film's release date has been postponed as a result of the delay in the shooting, as per the latest reports. 

Alia will film with Karan and Ranveer for three to four days in July before taking a lengthy break. The first movie to begin production after the pregnancy will be Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, and she will return to the set in early 2023, the report concluded.

For the uninitiated, Alia Bhatt and Ranvver Singh were the show launchers as they graced the couch for the first episode of Karan's talk show Koffee With Karan's season 7. The duo share an amazing bond and it was quite evident in the episode. They spilled a lot of beans and entertained the audience while sipping on to their coffee's.
