Alia and Ranbir Mehndi: Neetu Kapoor says Alia is the best; confirms wedding date as tomorrow

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's wedding has truly been the center of attention for over the month. However, new details continue to come in with every day. And today, the duo kickstarted their wedding festivities with the mehndi function, and in attendance were the likes of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karishma Kapoor, the entire Bhatt family, among others.

Post the functions, when the paps got hold of RK's mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, they asked them to say something about Alia and also, confirm the wedding date.

And to that, Neetu went on to remark, ''What do I say about Alia, she is the best.'' She also added how God bless the duo. Riddhima too, added a few words and mentioned how Alia is an absolute doll and is very sweet. 

While that was a short conversation, the mother-daughter duo confirmed the wedding date as tomorrow, at Kapoor's Vastu. In addition, reports have it that their haldi function at 9 am will be followed by the chooda ceremony.

Meanwhile, earlier too, Neetu was quoted as saying, ''Alia is a lovely girl and I just adore her. She is a beautiful person, and they are made for each other. They are very similar.''

Now that things sure seem more concrete, we definitely can't wait to see first photos from the duo's wedding festivities.
