Actor Ali Merchant’s email id gets hacked by an anonymous cyber-prankster!

Actor Ali Merchant is the latest victim of cybercrime. His email id got hacked a few days ago, making his own Orkut account inaccessible to him. Imagine the actor's plight!

Ali tells us, "It's funny out of all the people, my email had to get hacked. So now I can't check my emails, I can't chat and I also will have to make a new Orkut account. I will have to recreate my whole social network on Orkut."

Out of all the damage done however, something got salvaged. Ali says, "Thank God I managed to save my Facebook account. As soon as I got wind of my mail id having been hacked I took all the necessary measures to keep it safe."

Sweetheart Sara is helping in the little way that's possible. "I'm using Sara's mail id for the time-being," says Ali.

Ali however remained passive about this incident and failed to register an official complaint. He tells us, "I'm so busy that I frankly don't get the time to do the formalities. And even if I do register a complaint, I don't think it would be much fruitful."

Ali Merchant is presently busy playing Babloo in Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

If we remember last year, Lubna Salim's e-mail account had gotten hacked.

I think he doesnt know that google has now started an online system where u can register ur complaint and if u r the legal owner of the id then u get it back in 24 hrs. MY friend's id had got hacked but she was returned her id back within 24 hrs !!!

who the hell did that?i know how it feels because my orkut id has been hacked atleast a 24 times.can't blieve it right? it's true.
i can understand very well when he says "I will have to recreate my whole social network on Orkut." i have done it atleast a 25 times with more than a 200 known friends in my id.
i very well know how bad it is specially when u r a star-u don't have time and you have a load of friends and all.
well ali i would try if i could retain your orkut id and help you out!

hmmmmmmm, it happened to me to, u could write to hotmail or yahoo ppl, tell them about who was on ur friendlist, the title of all ur emails received, etc etc, they'll verify the info and give back u, ur account password, at least , i had received very important emails wen dis happened lol
