When Ali was questioned regarding the sudden awakening, he replied in a yogic way, -"We have only one life. One chance to look good and maintain the body." He further added, "I am young, so I can work out and keep myself fit which is why I am concentrating more now a days on my health. I even want to build a good body."
So what are the things included in his regimen? Ali replies, "Apart from gym now I do 'Hot Yoga'. It is the normal yoga but you do it in a room that has temperature of around 45 degrees. It's difficult but very effective in burning calories quicker than usual. Also, it's very good for the skin."
Ali also has enrolled himself in dance classes to maintain his health in a fun manner. He says, "I have enrolled myself in salsa classes." He further adds, "All this is accompanied with a makeover in my diet too. I'm completely off oily foods now. I only eat boiled food. It may sound depressing but it's very healthy."
We wonder if Sara too follows Ali's health regime …
