Ali Mercchant who has been part of popular TV shows and was last seen in Sadda Haq Season 2 is all set to return to Television with Sony TV's Crime Patrol.

Crime Patrol is now showcasing stories of news that made it to the headlines in the past years. After showing Pratyusha Banerjee's story along with many others, the recent news we hear is that the episode for which Ali Merchant has been roped in will be on Shiny Ahuja's case.

Ali Mercchant who has been away from Television was busy focusing on his current Passion of DJ'ing and now, he wants to do good TV shows.

We contacted Ali Mercchant who confirmed the news, "Yes, I am doing Crime Patrol episode. I am open to doing more TV shows now and when they approached me for this story, I immediately took it."
