Akshay Kumar responds to 30 cr cheque bouncing from 'Ram Setu' makers

Ram Setu was announced just over a month ago and it was instantly the talk of the town. Dharma Productions was gonna collaborate with Lyca Productions, however the deal between the two did not seal and Lyca was said to have fallen out of it.

Reports also suggested that Lyca has defaulted in their payment to the producer of the film. A Bollywood Hungama report said Lyca was supposed to give out a certain amount in the total amount of Ram Setu, but this said payment never happened. Besides this, a cheque of Rs. 30 crore issued in the name of Akshay Kumar had bounced some 10 days back. Hence, the production banner is looking to partner with a new production house. 

Now, Kumar decided to respond to it and he denied any cheque bounce to the portal and he also claimed that this entire information is incorrect. 

It is said that Dharma is now looking out for a new production partner and night collaborate with someone like Jio.
