Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh spotted in Mussoorie as they start shooting for 'Ratsasan' remake
Reportedly, actors Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh have started shooting for the Hindi remake of Ratsasan in Mussoorie.

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar will soon be seen sharing screen space with Rakul Preet Singh in the Hindi remake of the Tamil film 'Ratsasan'. The film recently went on floors in Mussoorie, where the Sooryavanshi actor and Rakul were seen flagging off the shoot at St George's College and Barlow Ganj's main market.
During the shooting of the film, several scenes were filmed on Akshay Kumar, in which the Airlift actor was shown coming out of the school gate with Rakul Preet Singh, who can be seen in a cop's uniform.
The Hindi remake revolves around the story of a psycho killer, who makes young girls his victims and repeatedly escapes from the police.
The original film starred Vishnu Vishal, Amala Paul, and Saravanan. Ratsasan movie is a Tamil psycho crime thriller inspired by a true event and was dubbed in Hindi under T-Series. It was released directly on YouTube. The movie got great appreciation and many views on YouTube.

He will also be seen in Prithviraj opposite Manushi Chhillar, Sajid Nadiadwala’s Bachchan Pandey with Kriti Sanon which is slated to release on March 18, and his war drama Gorkha, wherein he will be seen playing the role of an Indian army officer.
To note, the film is based on the life of Major General Ian Cardozo, who lost his leg in a landmine blast but overcame his disability to become the first war-disabled officer of the Indian Army to command a battalion and a brigade
Rakul, on the other hand, will next be seen in Ajay Devgn’s ‘Runway 34’, ‘Doctor G’, ‘Attack’, ‘Chhatriwali’, ‘Mission Cinderella’, ‘Thank God', among others.
