Akanksha Puri posts an alarming video with her bloodstained face and hand leaves fans worried

Akanksha Puri’s battered face and hands picture has gone viral. The actress is seen covered with bloodstains all across her face and hands. Akanksha herself shared the bloody image on her social media platform. This comes barely a few days after she took to her social media sharing her travel diaries to the north. The picture has left her fans and well-wishers worried.

Akanksha, shared the video on her Instagram. The video had Akanksha’s face totally bruised and battered, with a caption that stated. “Powerful Climax - 2021”. Giving a hunch about the star getting injured while shooting for her next. 

When dug deeper a source informed us that, Akanksha, already had slipped on an icy sheet while shooting a sequence. She fell on her face and got injured. More over while shooting an action sequence Puri took a hit of a stone straight on her forehead (minutely missed the eye) and started bleeding. The shooting was stopped there and there and medical assistance was provided to her. Nevertheless this doesn’t stop mighty Akanksha as she was up and about continuing to shoot with a bruised face.

Akanksha, is currently shooting for this untitled movie in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. There still is a  debate whether the film will be a theatrical or an OTT release. Stay tuned to know more.
