Actor Akanksha Juneja, who is playing the role of Kanak in the show Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 recently got talking about all things Diwali given the pandemic times, the show, and more. She also spoke about her memories, her look for Diwali, and much more.

How special Diwali is to you?

Diwali has always been very special for me as Diwali is a festival of lights and celebrating happiness. I love to celebrate it with my family. Due to the current pandemic situation, things are going to be different as we cannot do get together for safety purposes. So this year Diwali is going to be just close family but will try and send gifts and wishes to all my near and dear ones. It will be a virtual Diwali.

Any memories from Childhood that you can recall.

Every Diwali of my life has been very special as I am blessed with a  wonderful family who loves to live and enjoy every moment.

Diwali ki mithai which you binge on?

Diwali ki mithai on which I binge on is gujiya made by my mom and granny. The ingredients it is made up of is magic and love so I love it the most.

What is your go-to attire for Diwali?

This Diwali I see myself in a pastel shade lehenga.

Which cracker do you love the most?

I like to stay away from crackers. I would urge everyone to have an eco-friendly Diwali.
