World Environment Day worked like a wake up call to everyone. The entire planet is getting suffocated with plastic and now the influencers have taken it upon themselves to bring a change. Starting from the mystic Sadhguru, many celebs from our tinsel town have supported the ban of plastic bags.

Giving a thumbs up to this intiative to save the planet, Sonam kapoor posted a picture of herself with a cotton bag.

She mentioned,"We're all capable of massive change! Plastic is choking our oceans, animals & planet. I pledge to never use plastic bags again! #BeatPlasticPollution with @UNEnvironment for #WorldEnvironmentDay!

Being a responsible human, she pledged to never use a plastic bag again and to save mother Earth from any further suffocation. Stepping ahead in the same initiative Kangana Ranaut also shared her picture with a plastic bag over her head to symbolize the suffocation of earth with plastic.
