After four years, Aarya Rawal quits 'Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii'

Colors' Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii has been one of the few shows in modern times to have managed to have survived for almost five years now. If you are wondering there are shows over 10 and 11 years old currently on tube, you are right. But the reason we say Shakti surviving for almost five years is a feat is because of and after facing a total revamp and popular leads quitting the show.

Actors Vivian Dsena and Rubina Dilaik, who became extremely popular for their on-screen chemistry and made Shakti what it is - quit the show more than a year ago.

However, not only have Jigyasa Singh and Simba Nagpal managed to kept the show going well but also has it fetched decent numbers. Now, there are several faces that were a part of the show since its inception like Kamya Punjabi, Sudesh Berry, Aarya Rawal, Bhuvan Chopra and many more. While the rest of the lot continues to be a part of the show, Rawal has quit the show after all this time. A report in Times of India stated that Rawal, who played the character of Shanno Singh has quit the show owing to not being happy with the remuneration and is currently serving her notice period that ends on 29th January 2021.

The report also stated that apart from money, she has barely shot for the show in the past few months where she usually allotted around 25 days a month but has only been shooting for 12 days or so. Thus, she was happy with her negative character of Shanno but wasn't happy with the fact that her role has reduced considerably.

It is also said that Rawal took this step reluctantly as she was hoping that if her days are increased thus meaning her role gets better and hence she would be in a better position. But there was no update on any of this and hence, she decided to move on.
