After baby’s birth, Anushka-Virat increase security at hospital: No close relatives, no gifts

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli turned proud parents to their first child on January 11, 2021. The couple is blessed with a baby girl and are thrilled to commence this new journey if parenthood in their lives.

While this news has been extremely exciting for the media and fans, Anushka and Virat have requested for privacy and urged the paparazzi to not take and carry pictures of their new born.

Infact, reports have it that the couple has beefed up the security at the Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai wherein Anushka is currently admitted with the baby. A news portal reports that several restrictions have been put in place at the hospital premises to safeguard the couple’s privacy around their baby.

Reportedly, the security around the hospital is too tight as no visitors in nearby rooms or external staff are allowed to visit Anushka’s room. Even the couple’s close relatives have been denied permission to visit the actress and the couple has decided to not accept any flowers or other gifts in the hospital.

The report also adds that the hospital authorities have instructed their staff to not click any pictures of the new born baby. It is also being said that a back exit will be arranged so that the couple can leave without coming in contact with the paparazzi, that is stationed right outside the hospital.
