After 41 years, Sanjay Dutt to play Aruna Irani's son in upcoming film, 'Ghudchachi'

Life has come a full circle in a way for actors Sanjay Dutt and Aruna Irani. If you are wondering the connection between these two veterans, Dutt played on-screen son to Irani in the former's mega hit debut film, Rocky over 41 years ago.

And while both of them has one on to work in an array of films, this upcoming piece of news should leave one and all excited. As per recent reports, they are set to reunite after all these years and Dutt will be playing on-screen son yet again to Irani in an upcoming film.

The film is set to be a family drama that will be directed by Binoy Gandhi and produced by T-Series (Bhushan Kumar). In fact, the shooting of the film is set to commence today (7th February) onwards in Jaipur. The film is set to be titled Ghudchachi and will reportedly also star the TV sensation, Parth Samthaan.

Irani confirmed the news as well and interestingly, this will be her comeback to films after 12 years. She has been a constant face in TV shows and plays over these years. Her last film appearance was Khatta Meetha. Coming to Dutt, he has KGF: Chapter 2, Prithviraj, Shamshera and The Good Maharaja coming up next while he was last seen in Bhuj: The Pride of India.
