Actor Faisal Khan INJURED; Opts for Physiotherapy

Actor Faisal Khan, who is known for his role in Sony TV’s historical drama Maharana Pratap got himself injured and the reason for the same is still unknown.

The actor took to his social media to share the news with his fans. Sharing a picture from his physiotherapy session, he wrote, “Need your wishes” while in the other picture, he asked his fans to not to worry and assured that he’ll be fine in few days.

Also, there have been a lot of buzz as Faisal Khan will soon step into young actor Kartikey Malviya’s shoes for playing Chandragupta post leap in Swastik Productions’ Chandragupta Maurya. The shooting for the same has already begun.

Talking to India Forums about his show Chandragupta Maurya and the challenges of playing an older character on screen, Faisal said,”I am excited as well as nervous! It's a big responsibility as I am playing an adult version of Chandragupta, and this is a leap to the original characters in the show. So I need to change perspectives of the audiences here, to make them accept and love the new Chandragupta. There are definitely a lot of expectations, so I am just going to give it my all! My total 100% which is a bit nerve wracking but I am confident that I can do it!”

I have been working on toning my body in different ways for the show. I have lost a bit of weight, and I am also working on building up my muscles which need to be seen on screen. I am also at an age where my body catches onto fat a lot more faster than it used to, so I maintain my gym routine regularly, before as well as after my shoot,” he added.
